2027 dates not posted yet
The 2026 season ended Jul 24. Most camps post next summer's dates over the winter — we'll update this page when they do.
Have you ever thought about a future career working with animals? During this week, youll get a truly hands-on experience to understand what it takes! You will assist in animal care and feeding, contribute to a field research project, tour behind the scenes, and travel with us to visit other local conservation focused organizations. *This camp will travel off site to local organizations and include hands-on activities or tours in behind-the-scenes zoo areas that may involve dirty and smelly tasks that are often outside and in cramped spaces. These camps require campers to be able to work coop
Good for: A hands-on week for teens curious about animal-care careers, with zoo feeding duties, field research, and behind-the-scenes tours.
