City of Newark Parks & Recreation · Newark
2027 dates not posted yet
The 2026 season ended Aug 21. Most camps post next summer's dates over the winter — we'll update this page when they do.
Good for: Newark P&R runs ~25 themed specialty camps across the summer — basketball, soccer, chess, pottery, dance (K-Pop / Disney / Swiftie / Taylor), Brazilian World Cup soccer, archery, ice skating, golf, robotics, science, theater, pickleball, yoga. Each is a single week with its own age band, hours, and cost. Pick the session that matches your kid's interest. Resident discount (RDF) applies to all.
