Bring a friend and make new ones during this music-filled week led by prominent band director, adjudicator and performer Pamela Letts. Mrs. Letts will be joined by the best-of-the-best local music teachers so that each instrument section has a teacher just for them. The schedule includes group rehearsals, instrument-specific sectionals, theory and aural skills classes, as well as workshops by UD faculty and local artists. Good for: Concert-band student (any standard band instrument). Daily group rehearsals + instrument-specific sectionals + theory class, run by UD music faculty. Ends with a Friday concert. Pick this if your kid already plays a band instrument and wants a week of focused playing — NOT a first-time exposure camp.
