The Delaware Cheer Summer Youth Cheer & Dance Camp is intended to teach young cheerleaders/dancers or young children interested in cheerleading/dancing the basic foundations of our sports; motions, jumps, limited stunts and a mini routine to perform on the final day of the clinic. We will offer skill instruction based on progression and advise all participants to move in progression based on their individual skill level. We will be teaching skills and material geared toward traditional sideline cheerleading and basic dances with a focus on the college game day style. All participants will work
Good for: Ages 5-12 cheer/dance beginners. Single week of motions, jumps, limited stunts, ending with a Friday performance. Skill instruction grouped by progression — not by age — so a confident 6yo and a beginner 10yo can both work at their own level. Sideline-cheer focused, not competitive.
